Welcome to PittNaz Church
“We are so excited that you are thinking about joining us for worship. We know you probably have a lot of other things you could be doing with your time but we are so happy that you are thinking about spending that time with us.”
Where we are
We are located right by the train tracks at 816 E. Quincy. There are entrances and visitor parking on both sides of our building so feel free to pull in wherever is most convenient for you.
When to come
We have two service times every Sunday (8:30, 10:00 or 11:30). Both services are the same. The same songs, the same worship team, the same message. So don’t worry just come whenever is most convenient for you!
What to wear
We want you to be comfortable and feel at home. There is no dress code. You will find people dressed in all different attire, so wear whatever you feel comfortable in and we promise you will fit right in.
What to expect
We know that visiting a church for the first time can be a little stressful, so here is what you can expect at PittNaz Church.
1. A lot of friendly faces
On your way in you will probably pass by several people in the parking lot, doors, information desk and entrances to the sanctuary. They are all there to make your first experience enjoyable. If you have questions don’t hesitate to stop and ask!
2. A hot cup of coffee and a donut
We want you to feel at home and who doesn’t enjoy a good cup of coffee and a donut on a Sunday morning? If coffee isn’t your thing we have other options for you to choose from.
3. We love kids!
We know you love your kids, but trust us when we say “We do too!” We know it is hard to focus on worship if you are worried about your kids, so it is a big deal to us to make sure your kids are safe and having fun, while learning about God. All of our Nursery and Kids workers are background checked and are only there because they want to care for your kids.
4. Worship and Prayer
Every Sunday we make sure there is plenty of time to worship and pray. Each service we try our best to create an atmosphere of worship and we believe in the power of prayer. If you have a need, we always have time for you to come forward and pray with a pastor.
5. Relevant Teaching
We believe it is so important to provide sound, biblically relevant teaching. We want you to leave every Sunday with something you can take home and apply in your life.
Let Us Know You’re Coming!
We would love to make your first experience as pleasant and helpful as possible, so let us know you’re coming and we will make sure to be ready to meet you, get you a cup of coffee and if you have kids we can help you get them checked in too!
